CFC Giving 2.5.1

The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), managed by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), is a philanthropic initiative designed to engage federal employees and retirees in supporting charitable causes. The program is structured to be employee-centric, cost-effective, and proficient in enhancing the quality of life for all. The CFC Giving Mobile App empowers donors to enact meaningful change by contributing financially or with volunteer efforts to their preferred charitable organizations, as well as identifying CFC events such as charity fairs and fundraisers.

New functionalities introduced in the 2021 Campaign include aligning the mobile app's giving options with the online pledge experience. Donors are now able to search for and contribute to charities through recurring or one-time pledges using their payroll, bank account, or credit card details. Additionally, employees can pledge volunteer hours to organizations offering volunteer opportunities (noted with hand icons). For user convenience, the app integrates Touch ID and Face ID features to ensure simple and secure access to donation accounts.
